You can get started by e-mailing support@loadracktracker.com and the form will be e-mailed and you will have access to the web-based console. If you are a carrier interested in the LoadRackTracker hardware solution please click the link and fill out the order form.
Q: Is the LRT console compatible with any computer?
A: The LoadRackTracker software currently works with a PC running Windows XP or Vista or a Mac running OS X and it must be connected to the internet. There is no need to download any software, just go to www.loadracktracker.com and sign in (once your account has been created). We recommend the following web browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 8, Safari and Firefox.
Q: How difficult is it to install?
A: The LoadRackTracker hardware is simple to install and takes about 30 minutes from start to finish.
Q: Can I turn it off?
A: The device has no on/off switch which ensures the integrity to all supply chain participants.
